Short version: SAND Player is a player. You bring your own playlists and you're responsible for having the right to watch them.

The service

SAND Player, made by Bytes by Sand (Sweden), is software that plays media playlists you add yourself. It does not provide, sell, host or include any channels, playlists, streams or other content, and has no affiliation with any content provider.

Your content

Only add playlists and streams you are legally entitled to access. We don't check, review or endorse what you add, and we may block devices that are used to infringe others' rights.

Trial and licence

Each new device gets a free trial. After that, a yearly or lifetime licence for that device can be bought on this website. Prices are shown before you pay. A licence is tied to one device and can't be transferred.

Refunds

If SAND Player doesn't work on your device, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@bytesbysand.com for a refund. This doesn't limit your rights under consumer law.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but can't guarantee it is uninterrupted. Playback depends on your playlist provider, your internet connection and your device.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content supplied by third parties.
